Em dezembro de 2009 Brasil deverá ter quase 50 milhões de evangélicos, confira os números

Em dezembro de 2009 os evangélicos devem somar 49,8 milhões no Brasil, 25,4% de um total de 196,5 milhões de brasileiros e brasileiras. A persistir essa curva de crescimento, em 2020 os evangélicos serão 100 milhões no país.

A projeção é do Ministério de Apoio com Informação (Mai), liderada pela matemática Eunice Stutz Zillner, 51 anos, membro da Igreja Presbiteriana Independente do Ipiranga, de São Paulo. O Mai foi criado por Eunice e seu marido, o engenheiro eletrônico Marcos Zillner, em 2003.
Com base em dados do Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE), o Mai realiza projeções e análises, proporciona treinamentos e consultoria a igrejas. “Nosso desejo é que os números incomodem e gerem trabalho, evangelização”, declarou Eunice em entrevista para Andréa França, da Revista Graça.

O Mai quer mostrar onde é necessário investir em evangelismo. “Não estou interessada em sensacionalismo, em apresentar dados chocantes, mas, sim, em ‘fotografar a situação’ e ‘revelar a foto’ mais nítida possível”, explicou a matemática.
Segundo o Censo de 2000, o Norte do Brasil, com 19,8%, era a região com maior presença evangélica, e, conforme as projeções do Mai, continuará com essa posição e terá 32% em dezembro de 2009, seguidas das regiões Centro Oeste, com 31%, Sul, com 19,8%, e Nordeste com 19,2%.
Roraima é o Estado da federação que reúne o maior percentual de evangélicos (46,8%), com 226,3 mil, de um total de 483,6 mil habitantes, seguido do Amazonas, com 41,9%, Acre, com 39,9%, Rio de Janeiro, com 36,3%, Distrito Federal, com 35,9%, e Espírito Santo, com 35,2%.

A Line Records aproveitou a visibilidade da ExpoCristo, maior feira cristã do sul do País, para realizar o pré-lançamento dos álbuns “Novo Coração”, da cantora Mara Maravilha, e “Do Outro Lado”, da líder do Ministério Gileade, Patrícia Müller. A quinta edição do evento, realizada entre os dias 8 e 12/7, no Marumby Expocenter, em Curitiba (PR), recebeu mais de 80 mil visitantes, oriundos de diversos estados brasileiros.Visite:

O Ministério Gileade, que ainda comemora a estreia na gravadora, participou da abertura da feira, no dia 8/7, e animou o público presente ao apresentar o repertório do novo trabalho. “Apesar de o CD ainda não estar pronto, estamos fazendo um pré-lançamento e a receptividade do público foi muito boa. Estou muito feliz por essa parceria com a Line Records”, comentou Patrícia Müller.
Já a cantora Mara Maravilha, literalmente parou a feira, no último sábado, dia 11/7. Desde que chegou ao Marumby Expocenter, foi seguida por inúmeros fãs que estavam ansiosos em vê-la. Até ser convidada ao palco, Mara permaneceu no estande do Ministério Gileade, onde atendeu os fãs e concedeu entrevistas para rádios e TVs.

Durante o show, a artista levou o público ao delírio ao apresentar os sucessos do novo trabalho, que conta com a participação especial de Soraya Moraes, Sula Miranda, Isis Regina e Regis Danese. “Esse CD é muito rico em experiência, tanto que o que canto é uma verdade, que muitas pessoas passaram, estão passando e irão passar, são as lutas da vida.
